How to modify the height with PS?
Methods and steps:

Start PS and execute the "File-Open" command. Select the picture you want to edit, and then click Open.

Press "CTRL+J" to copy the layer, and you can see that there is an additional layer in the Layers panel.

Select the move tool in the toolbar and pull the copied layer up a little. (Note: Don't pull it too far to avoid image distortion caused by subsequent deformation. )

Select the rectangular box selection tool, create a selection above the copied layer, and then select the characters below the legs.

Press "CTRL+T" to freely transform the selection, align the selection with the original image, and press "Enter" to confirm.

Press "CTRL+D" to cancel the selection and execute the "File-Save" command. Save the file.
