The main goal of small class children's good nap habit: 1. Cultivate children's correct sleeping posture, sleep on the right side, don't sleep on your stomach, and don't sleep with your head covered. With the help of adults, children take off their coats and shoes before going to bed, put them in a fixed place, cover them with a small quilt, and put on their coats and shoes after getting up. 3. Let the children go to bed quietly, wake up and walk lightly, don't talk loudly, and don't wake others. 4. Cultivate children's good habits of not peeing, not wetting the bed, and urinating in time. 5. Don't bite quilt corners and zippers, don't suck your fingers, and don't take pebbles, buttons, glass balls and other dangerous goods during a nap. Be safe. First, individual education. Children come from different places and families, and there are individual differences between them, so they have different sleep habits. During the nap, I give targeted individual education according to the different situations of children. For example, when Sun Jie first entered the park, he held a stuffed bear for activities, meals and naps. His mother said that he had formed this habit since childhood and asked the teacher to help him get rid of it. I took it from him as soon as he started taking a nap. He cried and didn't sleep, so I had to give it to him. For several days, plush toys sometimes fell to the ground and sometimes dragged on the ground. Whenever I tell him that the plush toy is dirty and has bacteria on it, he will feel sick when he holds it in his hand, and consciously let him know that it is not good to hold the plush toy all day. One day, I fell asleep while he was taking a nap and hid my toys. When he woke up, he asked me for toys. I said, "Your toys are too dirty. I washed it for you. " The next day, he asked me again. I said I hadn't done it yet, and then I diverted his attention. I played with him in building blocks, telling stories and playing games. Gradually, he didn't want it. Without it, he could have a normal nap and normal activities. Second, step by step. When the children in the class just entered the park for a nap, most of them couldn't sleep, some cried and some made noise. I think we should first stabilize the children's emotions and gradually raise the requirements. So I said whoever doesn't cry will pick it up early, and whoever doesn't cry will play with building blocks. I let the sleepless children play with building blocks in the classroom. I won't let the children play with building blocks in a couple of days. I will tell stories to the children. Later, I will let the children lie in bed and listen with their eyes closed. I can't talk when they open their eyes. Sleep time is also gradual. At first, children went to bed late and woke up early, and it was not time to get up. I let the children get up quietly to urinate, drink water, play with building blocks and play games. Later, children can lie in bed with their eyes open and rest until the teacher wakes up. Gradually, the children formed the good habit of going to bed and getting up on time. Third, convince with examples. It is not easy for children in small classes to leave home for kindergarten for the first time. On the one hand, they are a little timid, on the other hand, they have to adapt to kindergarten life. Therefore, I take care of every child patiently and meticulously. After I enter the park in the morning, I have free activities in the afternoon and make friends with individual children after I leave the park. I communicate with them in group activities with children's songs, stories, songs and games, so that children can understand why a nap is a good baby. Children's thinking characteristics are concrete and intuitive images, and they are very interested in what happens around them. I use the example of the children in this class to convince the children. For example, some children cry or talk casually at the beginning of a nap, and Song Wanxin Yang in the class can't sleep during a nap. When she got home in the afternoon, she fell asleep without even eating dinner. I asked Song Wanxin Yang to tell the class if she was hungry when she woke up at night. I let the children have a look at his performance, and the children understand that a quiet nap does not affect others' rest. Fourth, home cooperation. Several children in my class bite their horns, suck their fingers and play with their toys. Parents are invited to remind their children to get rid of this shortcoming at home, praise and encourage them as soon as they make progress, and build up confidence. In the cultivation of children's good nap habits, I take the initiative to communicate and cooperate with parents, so that the family is consistent and the children develop good nap habits. 5. Sticky paper praise and story encouragement. Mr. Chen Heqin, an expert in preschool education, once said that children like praise. Especially children in small classes prefer to praise and encourage themselves. During the nap, I gently touch the child's head, or quietly say a word of praise to him, or give him a hug and smile, so that he feels that I am doing well and the teacher likes me. When sending beautiful sticky paper, children want it, so I make full use of sticky paper to encourage children to go to bed quietly. The child who wants to get sticky paper quickly closes his eyes, and gradually the child falls asleep quietly.
