I hardly know anyone in this city because I have changed my life in another city. Work alone, travel back alone. I spent a long time in a daze, staying up late to catch the play and staying at home. Because of staying up late for a long time, I have some physical conditions and decided to change my current living conditions.
I am used to going to bed early and getting up early when I am at home. At that time, I went to bed at ten and got up at five. After staying up late for a long time, I decided to return to my normal routine and go to bed early and get up early. In the first week, set four or five alarm clocks, or you won't wake up at six. When I go to bed at half past ten, I always can't fall asleep quickly, and my mind will think about this and that.
The second week is still difficult, and it is easy to indulge yourself on Saturday and weekend. So the time was postponed to 6: 30, and it was obviously easier than the first week after the difficulty dropped. In this way, in the third week, the time was advanced to 6: 15, and the enthusiasm for getting up early was not so strong. Occasionally, when I really can't get up, I will indulge myself for five minutes, and the result is 7: 30.
Doing many things is similar to losing weight. At the beginning, you are enthusiastic and get quick results, but you will soon encounter a bottleneck period, with high weight and a plummeting enthusiasm. So at this time, you need to use some means, some means to motivate yourself. There is a girl in our department who has been losing weight for half a year and lost 30 pounds. When she lost confidence in the bottleneck period, she told herself to stick to scientific weight loss, six days a week, and treat herself to a meal on the weekend of the seventh day.
So when I felt really unable to get up, I also came up with an incentive method, that is, making breakfast. The day before, I will think about simple and delicious food to be cooked the next morning, such as breakfast, fried eggs, wonton and eggs. I always get up quickly at the thought of having a big breakfast.
When you can stick to one thing for 21 days in a row, it almost becomes a habit. As long as you don't suddenly relax, it will basically become a part of your life. Going to bed at half past ten and getting up at six have become my biological clock. My roommate said that my regular schedule made her feel uncomfortable.
In fact, it is not difficult to stick to it. The hard part is the first time I decided to stick to it. I thought that year, the cold winter and the hot summer didn't change my ambition to face the pool, lamenting that birds and flowers and the sound of cars can't wake people who are asleep now.
It's not that you can't persist, the key is whether you are determined to persist.
