But these two attempts to lose weight have no effect.

Drinking slimming soup is a way for female stars in the news to lose weight. She didn't eat it every night, but drank stews such as potatoes, kohlrabi and tomatoes, and persisted for 1 more than a month. Because I was hungry at night and the soup was terrible, I finally stopped losing weight by eating a big meal.

The fastest time, I just took a leave to take care of my mother at home for a while, so I increased my exercise every day and strictly controlled my diet. After half a month, I will walk for five to seven hours every day.
