1 The common acupoints for weight-loss scraping are the scraping positions on the back and waist. Dazhui point: the lower end of the neck, the depression under the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra, belongs to the Du meridian.

Zhiyang point: on the posterior median line of the back, at the depression under the spinous process of the seventh thoracic vertebra, it belongs to the Du meridian.

Shu Fei point: The third thoracic vertebra is below the spinous process, and it is left and right 1.5 inch, belonging to the bladder meridian.

Xinshu point: under the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra, it opens left and right 1.5 inches, belonging to the bladder meridian.

Ganshu point: The ninth thoracic vertebra, under the spinous process, opens left and right 1.5 inches, belonging to the bladder meridian.

Taiyuan point: on the wrist of forearm, on the horizontal line of wrist, at the root of thumb, belonging to lung meridian.

Scraping position of Yanglingquan point of lower limb: below the knee oblique, at the front depression of fibula capitulum on the lateral side of calf, belonging to gallbladder meridian.

Yinlingquan point: the depression of the lower back of the ankle on the inner side of the calf and the inner side of the tibia, belonging to the spleen meridian.

Waiqiu point: the outside of the calf, 7 inches above the tip of the lateral ankle, and the front edge of the fibula, belonging to the gallbladder meridian.

Ququan point: when you bend your knees, it is the gallbladder meridian in the depression above the transverse stripes on the inner side of the knee.

Guo Li Point: The inside of the calf, 5 inches above the ankle tip of the inside of the foot, and the middle of the inside of the tibia belong to the gallbladder meridian.

Zusanli point: 3 inches below the knee, about a horizontal finger on the outside of the tibia, belonging to the stomach meridian.

Zhongdu point: outside the calf, 7 inches above the tip of the medial ankle, and inside the tibia, belonging to the liver meridian.

2 Phlegm-dampness physique weight loss scraping position waist: scrape Shu Fei, Pishu, Sanjiaoshu, Shenshu and Bladder Shu from top to bottom by surface scraping method.

Chest and abdomen: scrape Zhongwan point, Shangwan point to Xiawan point, Shimen point to Guanyuan point from top to bottom, and finally scrape Zhangmen point from inside to outside (from the middle line to the back).

Upper limb: scrape Lieque and Taiyuan points from top to bottom by surface scraping method.
