Day 6: Drink about 300CC of water in the morning, 20 grams of goat source meal replacement porridge at noon and about 300 cc at night;

Day 7: Drink about 300CC of water in the morning, 20 grams of goat source meal replacement porridge at noon and about 300 cc at night;

On the eighth day, I went to Shanyangyuan Store and weighed it. The weight is 1 15 kg.

Remarks: I walk back and forth about 1 hour every day, which is my amount of exercise. Besides, I also learned to walk slowly and at variable speed, which also adjusted my overall balance.

I did a subtraction with even simple mathematical knowledge:122-115 = 7kg.
