Academic experience
Although children are "young yin and young yang", yang plays a leading role in the growth and development of human body, which is more prominent in childhood. Therefore, compared with adults, children's growth and development process is particularly vigorous and rapid, while essence, blood and body fluid, as the material basis of growth and development, are often relatively insufficient and easily damaged because their visceral functions are not yet mature. After illness, it often has the characteristics of hyperactivity of yang and easy injury of yin, forming an unstable state called "deficiency of yang and yin" by later doctors. Therefore, in the process of disease, except for the fragility of Yin and Yang, Yang Can often cannot be unblocked, stretching and venting due to the stagnation of Yang, and performs its normal functions of warmth, rising and transpiration. When it loses its natural regulation, it becomes an abnormal "excess" yang (absolute) in the body, which destroys the balance of yin and yang and leads to countless diseases. Therefore, according to the characteristics of children's yang, in the development of children's diseases, the syndrome of excessive yang heat should be treated wrongly, and too much cold should not be used to restrain and hurt yang. We must always pay attention to venting evil spirits. If necessary, we should use warm medicine to blow up the restrained or insufficient yang spirit to cheer it up and drive away evil spirits, but we should relax, smooth and vent it. Only in this way can the circulation of yang be achieved, the body fluid can be wrapped smoothly, the qi can be frequent, and the relative dynamic balance of yin and yang in children can be restored.
