Lose weight ≠ hunger strike
1. Strengthen physical exercise, not afraid of hardship, and stick to it.
2. Eat less meat, be vegetarian and eat less. Remember not to eat snacks, just eat them.
Keep a good sleep, but don't sleep too much.
4. Refuse movies, computers, televisions and mobile phones, go running when you are bored, and don't always stay in one place.
