Let me give you some advice.
Breakfast: a small amount of non-fried pasta (such as steamed bread and steamed buns), half a bowl of millet soup, half a cup of warm low-fat milk and half a cup of unsweetened coffee.
In the morning 10~ 1 1, you can have a cup of coffee with sugar.
Lunch: a vegetarian bag or half a steamed bread or a corn and half a vegetable (there may be some chicken or fish).
Around 4 pm, you can eat a fruit.

A reasonable diet is the king of losing weight, remember. Don't delay your study in order to lose weight.
