In winter, I will do fitness with videos at home, and find some interesting and suitable videos online:

Yoga twice a week

Zumba twice

Two free games

take a day off

A. Warm up 5 minutes before exercise

B. If you don't feel tired, add some anaerobic exercise, abdominal chakras or dumbbells.

C. stretching after exercise 10 minute.

Note: Sometimes it doesn't go exactly as planned. I can basically guarantee to exercise 4-5 times a week for one hour at a time.
