Wan Bin —— Founder of Gong Lixin's Professional Gynecology
Gong Lixin, 1977, was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on August 24th. Gong Lixin's gynecology major, founded by him, is a gynecological academic platform focusing on women's lower energizer diseases. Committed to solving the pain points of outpatient promotion, study and communication for the majority of grassroots doctors across the country, and cooperative doctors are all over the country.
Gong Lixin was founded on 20 18. Wan Bin, the founder of the company, graduated from Nanchang University with a bachelor's degree in economic management. At present, he is the director of Jiangxi Ruoyi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Ruoyan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and Gong Lixin's professional gynecology takes "life is endless, service is endless" as the purpose, "responsibility" as the core value, and "open mind, consistent words and deeds, worthy of patients and cooperative doctors" as the criterion, which has high credibility and reputation in society.
In ordinary life, his low-key luxury has connotation and strong personal color. As a medical person who has been in the medical and health industry for 30 years, his lonely thinking and exploration in the process of starting a business and the extremely lonely diligence behind his success may give us a glimpse of inspiration. What will his story be like?
His story may not hit you and me instantly like hot news, just like all entrepreneurs who stand on the cusp of success and follow suit, how can they care if they do their best? Knowing that the direction is right, do what you think is right and go forward bravely. This is already radiant.
The times are changing year by year. No matter which era we are in, the medical and health industry is always changing. The medical and health industry in 2020 is the right time! Where are the opportunities? How to grasp? How to plan your career? Is he also confused and thinking about the future development of the company?
The following excerpts are part of the interview:
Liu Jing: Before you started your business, you were the national market for other pharmaceutical companies. As a third party, you only need to be responsible for the relatively stable sales of profits and resources. Why did you choose to give up the banner halfway and start your own gynecological brand? What is your original intention of starting a business?
Wan Bin: Everyone has a Garden of Eden in his heart. The Garden of Eden in my heart is to connect the top three hospitals with the grassroots, so that more grassroots doctors can share the pressure of the top three hospitals, improve the technical level of grassroots gynecologists, and make grassroots gynecological clinics an oasis in the desert for local female patients.
There, it is no longer painful to see a doctor, it is no longer painful to see a doctor, and it is as simple as that! Perhaps this is the way to start a business, because unless you build it yourself, no one will know what the Garden of Eden in your heart looks like.
Huanliu: What is the most difficult thing you have experienced since Gong Lixin was founded? What is your understanding of "success"?
Wan Bin: As an entrepreneur, being short of people, money and resources is * * *, and being busy, tired and anxious is also * * *. My deepest feeling of starting a business is loneliness. I can't say the difficulties I encountered, so I have to shoulder them myself. I want more people to know that this disease can be cured. It is also my dream of Chinese medicine to treat diseases and save lives and contribute to the rise of Chinese medicine. I think success means doing what you want to do, tossing hard and leaving no regrets when you are old.
Reflux: After the COVID-19 epidemic, the state gave further support to Chinese medicine. Now Chinese medicine is a craze, and opportunities and challenges coexist forever. Many primary doctors are eager to try. What do you want to say to them?
Wan Bin: Chinese medicine pays attention to people-oriented. Some time after the outbreak, 74 187 people in China used traditional Chinese medicine. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in China reaches 90%, and the total cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine reaches 87%. During the period of SARS and COVID-19, the state attached great importance to Chinese medicine, and the development of appropriate technology of Chinese medicine became a rigid requirement for grass-roots implementation. The endorsement of the country, the trust of the people, Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine clinics are the general trend, and taking the medical route with Chinese medicine characteristics is the focus that primary clinics should pay attention to.
In the past, we may have focused on eating, drinking and having fun. Nowadays, especially young people pay more attention to health protection. A series of changes have taken place in consumption patterns, consumption concepts and consumer goods. The huge health consumption expenditure has brought a new market for primary clinics, which directly promoted the outbreak of the big health industry. In 2020, chronic disease management will become dominant, and big health management will gradually become the standard of family life.
At the grass-roots level, people's long-term health care has become the only way for grass-roots clinics in the future, which is different from the one-size-fits-all pure western medicine diagnosis and treatment and expensive medical expenses in top three hospitals. Grassroots clinics can effectively combine chronic disease conditioning, health care and rehabilitation treatment through traditional Chinese medicine to better meet the health care needs of the people. Treating diseases with one hand and conditioning with the other hand are both profitable and sticky for patients. It is imperative to update the concept of outpatient management and take the mode of combining medical care with nursing care.
Reflux: With the rise of "Internet+medical care", how can Gong Lixin's professional gynecology help primary clinics with the advantages of internet plus?
Wan Bin: I really don't have much internet experience, but I'm still doing it. Some of Gong Lixin's team members have been doctors for many years, some are engaged in pharmaceutical marketing, and some are engaged in advertising operations. They have practical experience, professional culture accumulation and certain contacts. Compared with ordinary entrepreneurs, I am lucky to have a group of like-minded people following me forward, which has certain advantages.
Internet is a means, not a method, for us to increase the number of primary doctors. We are all aimed at the doctor clients of the 345 line. Many doctors are not interested in the Internet, but what we are doing now is to help grassroots doctors do outpatient marketing in offline stores, and do this step well before doing the next step, but haste makes waste.
Wan Bin: For more than 30 years, I have come into contact with many medical professionals who are fighting in the medical and health field. Although our backgrounds, majors and experiences are quite different, they almost all have one thing in common: an irresistible enthusiasm for what they insist on doing. It is my pleasure to know them and make friends with them, and it is also my motivation to persist.
The road to knowledge, medicine and entrepreneurship is long, full of thorns and challenges. Behind success, in addition to keen vision, persistent belief and unremitting persistence, there is also an open mind and a strong heart. Listen to their stories and be a better person.
