(1) Cotton yarn has low grade and many short fibers (our company uses Siro-spun cotton yarn, which does not lose wool);
(2) The bleaching and dyeing process is immature, and the cooking time is too long, which damages cotton fibers. In the process of bleaching and dyeing, short fibers can be treated with chemical reagents (polishing enzymes) to deal with the surface floating phenomenon;
(3) Improper washing methods, some washing companies use inferior detergents in order to save costs, and some washing companies overuse softeners and bleaches in order to achieve outstanding results;
(4) Hotel stockings and towels (more than 6 months) are improperly stored and placed in a space with excessive humidity, which damages cotton fiber tissue.
