Touch the wall: when approaching the wall of the pool, keep your arms straight forward and keep your hands at the same height as the wall of the pool.
Turn around: press the pool wall with both hands, one hand leaves the pool wall and stretches out in the opposite direction, the leg bends, the foot touches the pool wall, and the other hand stretches out from the air and swings forward.
Resume swimming: Keep your feet off the pool wall and continue to slide forward freely.
