Pregnant women are prone to anxiety in the third trimester, because they are worried about what will happen during childbirth and are affected by body hormones, so they need to take certain measures to alleviate their nervousness. Breathing exercise is a gentle exercise, which can only be carried out in bed at home. Abdominal breathing exercises are commonly used. Do two or three groups every day, with five or six in each group.

Second, climbing stairs helps to give birth smoothly.

You can't do strenuous exercise in the third trimester, you can choose to climb stairs, which will not only get some exercise, but also cause harm to the fetus and pregnant women. When I was pregnant, I would let my husband climb the stairs every night for ten minutes at a slower speed. I stopped when I felt a little sweaty, and the baby was very smooth. But if you are weak, you can take a walk instead of climbing the stairs. Whether climbing stairs or walking, you must be accompanied by your family.

Don't feel that you must lie in bed to raise your baby in the third trimester. I've seen some people who are afraid in the third trimester, and they are scared out of order before they are born. In fact, lying down all the time is not good for pregnant women. Reasonable exercise every day can make pregnant women more energetic when giving birth.
