Simple method
Sushi is simple, beautiful, fashionable and easy to carry.

Tools: special bamboo rolls

Ingredients: special laver, cucumber, carrot, floss (or eggs, ham, canned tuna, etc. ) rice, vinegar, sugar.

Cook the rice well (it can't be too wet, you can't ask your mother for help, it's the rice you eat every day), shovel the rice into a big basin, add a little vinegar and sugar (not much, just one or two spoonfuls, it won't taste), mix well, and wait until the rice is cold (be careful not to stir it into paste, and try to keep the rice grains intact).

Spread a bamboo mat, spread a piece of laver, and spread the rice evenly on the laver. The width is half a piece, and the thickness is equal to not seeing laver. Put shredded cucumber and other ingredients in the middle of the rice, roll the rice with a bamboo mat, pinch it, roll it on the rest of the seaweed, and cut it into even sections.

Bamboo mats and seaweed are bought in sushi shops. If you can't do it after reading my story, then buy a box of sushi and dissect it. Taste doesn't matter, as long as it looks good, it's all the same with vinegar.

Remember to put them neatly in the lunch box.
