Personal recommendation
1. Sitting posture: When sitting, stand up straight, raise your head, relax your shoulders, put your neck back, and keep your head straight.
2. Walking posture: abdomen, hips, chest, head up like standing in a military posture, shoulders drooping naturally, head leaning back, eyes looking forward.
3. Sleeping posture: Try to sleep on a hard bed, lying on your side or supine. When lying on your side, your waist is forward, your body is backward, your head is backward, and you should lift it to the bedside. Don't nest in the quilt.
