Apple milk method:
Only lose weight for two days at a time, return to normal diet on the third/fourth day, and choose the interval according to the desired effect.
Day 1: Two kilograms of apples (about five or six, no more than seven). -Ocean
Note: you can only eat apples, no water, no yogurt and nothing all day! Just eat apples. Wash the apple when eating, then take a sip slowly and stutter.
The next day: 1000ML yogurt or skim milk is divided into six or seven equal portions, and one portion is drunk each time. Drink only milk all day. Can't eat anything else. Especially if you can't even drink water. You can't drink milk until you are thirsty. (You can also drink milk and yogurt at the same time, but the total amount is still 1000ML. )
You can't drink water in the middle of the whole journey, and you can't mix apples with milk. Be sure to eat separately, so it will be effective. And it's only two days at a time, so it's easy. This method is very effective. But pay attention to your diet afterwards!
