Hormonal disorders can lead to a sharp change in weight. Studies have shown that overweight people have more leptin, and people with leptin resistance have more leptin. Leptin receptors in their bodies can't accept leptin, so neuropeptide doesn't stop secreting. When it stops secreting neuropeptides, it tells the brain that it is no longer hungry. You tell your body to start burning more calories. If neuropeptide continues to act, it will not receive the signal that it is full, so people will not feel full. But when people lose weight, the body will be more sensitive to leptin, and when they are full, they will stop explaining.
