Longjing tea is one of the traditional famous teas and famous green teas of Han nationality. Produced in Longjing Village, West Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, it has a history of 1200 years. Longjing tea is green in color, rich in aroma, sweet and refreshing, shaped like a sparrow tongue, and has the characteristics of "green color, strong fragrance, sweet taste and beautiful shape". Longjing tea is named after Longjing. Longjing is located in Longjing Tea Village at the northern foot of Wengjia Mountain in the west of West Lake. Longjing tea can be divided into four types due to different producing areas: West Lake Longjing, Giant Buddha Longjing, Qiantang Longjing and Yuezhou Longjing. In addition to 168 square kilometers of tea in the West Lake producing area, it is commonly known as Zhejiang Longjing Tea. Zhejiang Longjing wins with the giant Buddha Longjing.
