Ingredients: 20 South Almonds.
Accessories: 20 cherry tomatoes, 5 prunes and 250 grams of Dutch beans.
Seasoning: salt 1 teaspoon, olive oil 1 teaspoon.
Exercise:
1. Pull off the tendons on both sides of the peas and wash them. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half;
2. Pour water into the pot, heat it to boiling with high fire, add 1/2 teaspoons (3g) of salt, add peas, turn off the fire, take it out after 20 seconds, and soak it in cold water;
3. Drain the peas, pour them into a large bowl, add the cherry tomatoes and prunes, add the remaining 1/2 teaspoons of salt and olive oil, stir well, and finally pour in the almonds.
