Puning Peifeng Tower belongs to Wuli Township in ancient times, commonly known as "Wuli Tower". Peifeng Tower was built in the seventh year of Qingganlong (1742) and rebuilt in 1959. The tower is 36 meters high, with seven floors, octagonal plane, brick-soil mixed structure, and the tower body is compacted with concrete. The side length of the tower foundation is 9.8m, and the height of the tower foundation is1.65m.. There are nine steps on the tower foundation, and there are railings on the tower foundation. A pair of geese and a pair of stone lions are carved on the sentry box of the railing, which is vivid in shape. At the top of the tower, there is a big gourd and its last three rounds of lotus supporting a small gourd weighing more than a thousand kilograms cast with pig iron, which is unique.

The eaves of the tower are covered with red bricks. On the top floor (seventh floor), there is a built-in caisson in the tower cavity and a corridor outside. There is a stone pillar in every corner of the corridor, which is made of ceramic tile and concrete, elegant and generous. The tower gate is in the shape of cast iron wheel Aquarius.
