Cabbage and cheese salad: watercress, homemade whey cheese, various nuts, blueberries, grapefruit perilla/plum vinegar/lemon/Italian black vinegar+olive oil.
Cabbage slippery eggshell fruit: watercress, eggs, a little milk, eggshell fruit, sausage, salt. Practice: cut the shellfish and sausage and bake them until they are half cooked. Slide the eggs on low heat (add some milk to the eggs) and stir-fry some western dishes with salt.
Cabbage soup: watercress, potatoes, a little onion, country cheese, salt and white pepper. Practice: break all the ingredients, cook them, break them again, and add sour cream and douban juice.
