Can the company reduce salary or jump ship to force me to leave?
It is illegal for employers to force workers to leave their jobs by means of salary reduction or job transfer.

There are two ways to deal with this kind of problem:

1. Refuse to transfer. If the salary is reduced, complain to the labor inspection or send a courier to ask for the deducted salary. Insist on going to work and terminating the labor contract with other employers. If the employer terminates the labor contract in this way, it is illegal to terminate it, and it can apply for labor arbitration to pay compensation, and pay 2 months' salary for every job 1 year;

2. Refuse to transfer. If the salary is reduced, express delivery requires payment of the salary difference. If the company refuses to pay the wage difference, the laborer proposes to terminate the labor contract according to Article 38 of the Labor Contract Law, and then applies for labor arbitration to pay economic compensation, and pays 1 month salary for every work 1 year.
