Ways to relieve visual fatigue:
Pay attention to the light, reading in dim light won't hurt your eyes, but if the light can't provide enough contrast between light and shade, it will easily make your eyes tired.
Interrupt your work. If you use the computer for six to eight hours in a row, you should rest for two to three hours, have a cup of coffee, go to the toilet, or just keep your eyes off the computer for ten to fifteen minutes.
Reach out and rub your hands until they are warm, then close your eyes and cover them with your palm. Take a deep breath for 20 minutes every day.
