4. Leg lifting: used to exercise the lateral thigh muscles, including gluteus maximus, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior.
5. Leg bending squat machine: used to exercise deep thigh muscles, including biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semitendinosus.
6. Leg abduction machine: used to exercise lateral calf muscles, including gastrocnemius and lateral tibia muscles.
7. Leg adductor: used to exercise the inner leg muscles, including tibialis anterior and extensor.
