Asana riding style
Riding is the fourth and ninth of the twelve forms of yoga worship. Hail to Aditi's son! The main point of action is to massage the abdominal organs.

Riding improves people's activity function, strengthens the muscles of both legs and enhances their balance ability. Increase spine elasticity, expand chest cavity and flexible hip joint.

Practice method

(1) On the basis of the third forward flexion. Inhale, raise your head, exhale, bend your knees and take a big step back with your right leg.

(2) The center of the left foot is flat on the ground, and the left leg tibia is vertical to the ground. Stretch your right leg backward, as close as possible to the ground, and put your hands on the ground parallel to both sides of your left foot.

(3) Exhale, try to stretch your right leg backwards, push your chest forward, stretch your back, and try to stretch your head and neck upwards.
