The examination form is mainly theoretical knowledge plus on-the-spot yoga movements. The theoretical knowledge test is conducted online, and the on-site yoga action needs on-site inspection. If you pass the exam, you will enter the evaluation of the yoga instructor expert group.
If you pass the examination, you will be awarded the certificate of CAEP yoga instructor, and the study time will be 500 hours. When you get this certificate, you will already be a yoga instructor.
Curriculum arrangement There are two kinds of curriculum arrangements for yoga teacher training, 200 hours training and 500 hours training. Those who have completed the 200-hour training and passed the exam can get a certificate and become a yoga teacher who is qualified to engage in teaching activities. Those who have obtained the certificate after completing 500 hours of training can teach yoga courses and conduct teacher training.
