Morning: a glass of milk+a boiled egg+a few slices of whole wheat bread+an apple (eat as much as possible in the morning)

Noon: a small bowl of rice/a steamed bread+light cooking (eat different kinds of vegetables every day)

Evening: boiled vegetables/coarse grain rice porridge (eat a cucumber if you are not very hungry)

Pay attention to more exercise at ordinary times. As a junior high school student, you should have morning exercises, recess exercises and physical education class's. Exercise should be as good as possible. I used the above recipes a month ago, and sometimes I will adjust them appropriately.
