The first day of the three-day diet

Dinner: 2 slices of meat (70g)+1 cup of green beans+1 cup of bamboo shoots+1 apple.

Go on a diet for three days, and the next day

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat toast+1 boiled egg+half a banana.

Lunch: 2 soda crackers+1 cup of yogurt.

Dinner: 2 hot dogs+1 cup of broccoli+half a cup of bamboo shoots+half a banana

The third day of the three-day diet

Drink tea or warm water for every meal.

Breakfast: 1 soda cake+1 low-calorie toast+1 apple.

Lunch: 1 slice of whole wheat toast+1 boiled egg.

Dinner: 1 canned tuna with salt water+1 cup of cauliflower+half a cup of cucumber+1 cup of bamboo shoots+half a banana.

I feel that the diet of the three-day diet is too harsh. Try slimming next week to make your ass thinner.
