What is seven-color yoga?
Seven-color yoga:

Seven-color chakra yoga, referred to as seven-color or seven-wheel yoga for short, is a brand-new yoga fitness system founded by guru Wei Limin according to the three-pulse seven-wheel system handed down by the master and combining the characteristics of Indian traditional medicine, color energy therapy, spar therapy, aromatherapy and yoga schools. It is characterized in that each chakra point is practiced separately, and the seven chakras are opened by posture, breathing, fingerprinting, meditation, chanting and other methods to balance the energy. This exercise course, which combines yoga and color psychotherapy, is in cooperation with the institute of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At present, it has obtained international sports patents and national invention patents, and the invention right of essential oil and clothing supporting yoga courses has also obtained registered trademarks. It is the first fitness course with patent and copyright protection in China.

Experience colorful health.

During the exercise, all the students and coaches have to wear clothes in seven colors: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple, and the items on the scene are also divided into seven groups according to different colors. The yoga mat, incense, essential oil and interior decoration in the gym are divided into seven colors, and even the prepared fitness recipes use seven colors such as tomatoes, oranges, celery and blueberries.

Seven-color yoga combines the concept of "three veins and seven veins" in yoga with seven colors, aiming at giving people psychological hints through colors, and dividing the human body into seven parts: purple top pulse, blue forehead pulse, cyan throat pulse, green heart pulse, yellow umbilical pulse, orange abdominal pulse and red root pulse, which respectively correspond to the pituitary gland, pineal gland, thyroid gland, thymus gland, pancreas and adrenal gland. When exercising, design actions according to the health needs of different parts of the human body with the help of color, improve the hormone secretion level of glands in corresponding parts of the human body, and achieve human balance.

Seven-color yoga not only designs yoga movements, an environment with corresponding colors and essential oils, but also sets up seven-color healthy recipes for students. Using natural pigments in fresh vegetables and fruits to promote the functions of corresponding parts of human body, such as supplementing lycopene in watermelon, tomato, green apple and grape, can play different roles in antioxidation, eyesight improvement and energy supplement respectively. Combined with yoga classes with corresponding colors, the exercise effect can be enhanced in a targeted manner.

The Little File of Yoga Master Wei Limin

In middle school, I practiced western yoga such as Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga with my English teacher, then went to India to study traditional Hada Yoga, Indian philosophy and medicine, and went to China and Tibet to study tantric culture. Inadvertently became a true disciple of several yoga masters, followed the mentor to participate in public welfare undertakings, and became one of the few yoga masters in China. Founded the first yoga club in Shanghai in 2000: Hada Yoga Club (which has now become the professional yoga club with the largest number of clubs and members in Shanghai), was invited as a judge of four yoga competitions, and served as a guide in many magazines and TV yoga columns, becoming a yoga teacher of many stars, and trained many excellent coaches nationwide, making certain efforts to promote yoga. In 2003, we began to cooperate with the Institute of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to organize, test and demonstrate seven rounds of yoga, which lasted nearly four years and completed the seven rounds of yoga fitness system and related curriculum design.

Interpretation: What is "Three Veins and Seven Wheels"

Refers to the three meridians and seven central points of qi pulse in human body. Indian military yoga believes that the popular channel of qi in human body is called pulse, and the most important pulse is middle pulse, left pulse and right pulse, which are collectively called three pulses. There are seven important central points in the midvein, called chakras, which are the reproductive chakra (root chakra), umbilical chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, eyebrow chakra (forehead chakra) and top chakra. Every circle has branches extending from the center, like a lotus.
