Lunch: a cup of yogurt, two soda cookies and a cup of coffee or tea.

Dinner: two hot dog sausages, half a broccoli, ten big red grapes, half a banana and a cup of coffee or tea.

Day 3: Breakfast: an apple, a piece of cheese, two soda cookies and a cup of coffee or tea.

Lunch: a boiled egg, a piece of toast and a cup of coffee or tea.

Dinner: Swallow a can of tuna, ten red grapes, half a cabbage flower and half a banana.

Half a cup of vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee or tea.

Precautions:

One. Drink five glasses of water every day, between meals and at noon, before going to bed, don't drink or eat anything else.

Two. Don't use other substitutes indiscriminately or in sequence.

Three. Raw food can only be boiled in white, seasoned with salt and pepper, and nothing else.
