At the beginning of the movie, there was an explosion and drunk driving. The CTO of a police station was awakened by something that he didn't know was drinking or porridge.

As it happens, the director of the police station is out for a meeting, and the two deputy directors, one is Sir Li (Tony Leung Ka Fai) and the other is Sir Liu (Liu), have completely different solutions to this matter.

At the request of the kidnappers, Sir Liu went to the designated place with more than 30 million yuan on his back. And ordered the remaining more than 50 million dogs to be pulled back to the vault.

As a result, they were cheated. In the fierce scuffle on the bridge, Mr. Xu, Liu's partner and subordinate, died and 30 million was looted by everyone.

On the other hand, a dog car carrying 50 million was robbed and four other kidnapped policemen were sitting on it.

Mr Xu was later found to owe a lot of gambling debts. He was defined as the person behind this incident, and Mr. Liu regarded him as a traitor.

The robbed cash is nowhere to be found. When the case arrived, people came back, and there was no follow-up. It seems that it can only be an unsolved case.

The plot of the film began to turn to the investigation of the two deputy directors by the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Sir Liu continued to investigate the case while accepting the investigation.

Sir Liu found the person in charge of handing over the cash vault at that time and asked him if he had instructed Sir Xu to return the excess as soon as possible.

Then, the man was killed by a bomb.

In fact, this is also a side to rehabilitate Mr. Xu. This man was killed by a lie, which shows that Mr. Xu is innocent.

The explosion brought new clues and pointed the case at the bomb maker. However, Qi Guangzhi, Sir Liu's partner and subordinate, was invited to the top floor by an expelled policeman, only to know that Michael, who came with a gun to support him, was also one of his accomplices, and Sir Liu was naturally killed on the spot.

At this point, there are few starring roles left.

However, this operation involves many people, and the ransom and guns have not been recovered, leaving room for the second film.

Although there are many bowls, this is not a wonderful movie. Even more brilliant may be to say some special effects shots. Perhaps the producer wants to highlight the bizarre plot, but it gives people the feeling that it is not tortuous and bizarre but chaotic.
