First, prepare the ingredients. High gluten flour, pure milk, corn oil, eggs, soft sugar, edible salt, yeast, butter or coconut oil, coconut milk. Coconut oil is extracted from coconut meat, and its fragrance and taste are biased towards coconut fragrance. Butter is extracted from milk and its flavor is more important than milk. Second, the fermentation of dough. Pour the high-gluten flour into a basin, add proper amount of pure milk, yeast and soft sugar, and keep kneading until small particles are formed. Then pour coconut oil into the basin and continue to knead into a smooth dough. Then put the dough in an environment with a temperature of about 25 degrees. It should be noted that the temperature of dough fermentation should not be higher than 30 degrees, otherwise it will turn sour. After several hours of fermentation, the dough became twice as big as before.
Third, make coconut milk. First, put corn oil, soft candy and eggs into a container and stir evenly, then add a proper amount of coconut milk and stir, and the coconut milk is finished. Then put the coconut in a paper bag for later use.
Fourth, make coconut buns. Then evenly divide the dough into 50g, put it on the chopping board and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation, about 15 minutes later. Wrap coconut in each small dough. Preheat the oven to 180℃, put the dough evenly on the baking tray, beat a layer of egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle a layer of coconut milk. Then put it in the oven and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. Coconut buns are ready.
