Pickled coconut shell cucumber:
Ingredients: two cucumbers, millet spicy, garlic, ginger, rock sugar, salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
Step 1: After cleaning the cucumber, remove the head and tail, and cut it with an oblique knife. Do not cut it once. Turn to the other side and continue the oblique knife cutting. After cutting, you can pull the cucumber slightly along the grain.
