Adjust interest rates. Read a short passage while adjusting your breathing. I call it voice opening, and it is best to use a voice that can open the front and rear nasal cavities. Inhale into the abdomen and read aloud rhythmically between breaths to calm yourself down quickly.
Read aloud. Reading scripture, profound quotations are also acceptable, not limited. Simply sit, pay attention to breathing, and devote yourself to the text as much as possible. Starting from 30 minutes, it varies from person to person. Yogis get up at 3:30 and read aloud. Different regions, at this time in Yunnan, you can see the stars and the fleeting crescent moon. In the silent night sky, every minute passes carefully and clearly. It's easy to focus on the inside.
Asana。 Kunda's yoga pose does not require action to be specified in place. Just find your own comfortable point according to the method, but the number of movements in each group is stipulated, and there is a minimum repetition for a posture. It is easy for people to experience endurance and limit, as well as the ease and beauty after crossing. After relaxation, the softness comes from the inside of the joint. Where the intensity of harmony is used, all gains are happiness. Sharpening a pencil for my son is like feeling life.
Recitation and meditation. There are simple sitting posture chanting and heroic sitting posture chanting. The singing and sitting posture of each melody bring different experiences to people. Ten thousand people will also have ten thousand different feelings and experiences. No matter what kind of chanting will bring you closer to your true inner self. My heart will light up and focus on the present. Listen and tune, and your body will tell you everything. After each chanting, I found that the strength of the spine was strengthened and the voice was more stable, harmonious and powerful. Occasionally, I will find that breathing will be long and slow between words. It is no exaggeration to say that answering the salesman's phone calls depends entirely on breathing and tone control.
After a whole set of exercises, people are very relaxed, and they are quiet and peaceful in the mirror. Consciously pay attention to your breathing all day and face the day's work with a peaceful mind. Calm and orderly, like this feeling.
Going shopping with friends in the mall, I am determined to face a wide range of goods. I didn't see what I wanted to buy, and I was not in a hurry in the past. It suddenly occurred to me that the separation I was pursuing before was a hard implant imposed on my brain. There is no "necessity". In a clear mode of thinking, every choice is "affirmative". Know what you want, no matter how many parts. Do it with your heart, and your mind and body will follow suit. The pace has slowed down and I have bought a lot of things.
