What kind of yoga should beginners practice?
Beginners can learn hatha yoga, Yin yoga and chiropractic yoga. Aromatherapy yoga is more suitable for beginners to practice. After several exercises, you can practice Bikram Yoga.

Yoga originated in India, mainly as a universal philosophy (meaning, just like everything). In most of the history of yoga, the physical aspect mainly includes several sitting postures and breathing control to support the practice of deep meditation.

1At the end of the 9th century and the beginning of the 20th century, body posture began to play a more important role. In the 1970s, westerners traveling in India began to bring home the teachings of Indian yoga masters and, in some cases, adapt them to the contemporary lifestyle. This is the beginning of what we now know as the popular yoga movement in Europe and America.

Go to the beginner's class, enter with an open mind and do your best. Although the first class may be a bit daunting, it will soon become more comfortable.

Yoga practice usually includes posture (asana), breathing (breathing method) and meditation in different proportions. This can be done in a group class, through private instruction or at home. In most cases, taking group courses is the easiest way to get started.

Yoga classes usually last 60-90 minutes. Take off your shoes and keep quiet before entering the yoga studio. Students usually put the cushions in a position facing the room. In the elementary class, the teacher may make some demonstrations, so be sure to watch as much as possible.
