Daily plan for 2022
One week before I started my annual leave, I made a plan for my daily life and study in 2022.

The daily life plan is to remind yourself to develop better living habits. Practicing writing is the focus of the study plan.

1 insist on making breakfast by yourself.

The place where I work is particularly remote. There are only two breakfast stalls at the intersection, and they lose their appetite every day. They have prepared their own pots and pans, and have already started to have breakfast in the auto fast food restaurant.

What is more troublesome is that we must pay attention to replenish the dishes in the refrigerator to avoid the scene that a clever woman can't cook without rice.

2 insist on soaking feet

I usually do little exercise, and I have been soaking my feet with hot water for more than half a year. The effect is that I don't feel wet and cold when I sleep at night this winter. You should know whether the electric blanket was warm last winter.

3 do hand care

This is the method that Little Red Book seems to have. I tried it twice and felt good, so I included it in my daily plan.

Apply hand cream before going to bed at night. I added a drop of essential oil. It is also excellent to wear disposable gloves and turn off the lights to sleep or listen to books. If you are afraid of rubbing gloves when sleeping, you can take off your gloves and rub your hands repeatedly for 20 minutes, which is very wet.

4 stretching

Four movements, done when you have time, should be a relaxing recess exercise for your body. I learned the action from the video, which is simple and easy to master.

5 is the study plan? practise writing

I hope to exercise my ability of expression and summary. Still groping.
