In 2020, Dr. Terry Coatman, the founder of Adler's game therapy, and Sanyou Growth jointly founded Adler's game strength training course system, which has been officially released to the world! This system will be trained in three stages: Adler game development practitioners, Adler game development parents lecturers and Adler game development (advanced) lecturers. From basic to professional, bottom-up certification system and multi-dimensional training framework will systematically help parents and children educators improve their relationship with their children and increase their understanding of children through games.

On July 23, 2020, the first offline Adler game parenting tutor certification course was finally ushered in!

The course attracted Adler and parenting enthusiasts from all over the country, and the farthest students came from Inner Mongolia! Everyone came to the classroom early with expectation and excitement, preparing for an interesting and effective "journey" of three days of love.

This course is jointly directed by two mentors, Zhang Tingting and Zheng Shuli, the founders of Sanyouzhuang, who are also students of Dr. Terry. During the epidemic, Dr. Terry couldn't come to the scene in person. Two tutors, Zhang Tingting and Zheng Shuli, inherited Adler's teaching of Game Power, which was the "highest configuration" in the system. Each link of the course is carefully arranged by two tutors, and the most perfect course is presented to the students in the continuous upgrade iteration.

The warm-up activities in the course are full of childlike interest and dynamic, so that students can quickly enter the role of children. Bernard Shaw said, "It's not that we stop playing games when we are old, but that we get old because we don't play games." Every student has returned to his original appearance and devoted himself to the children's classroom.

In the next class, students practice making media "puppets" and "fairy wand" to talk with children. In children's imaginative world, games are children's natural language, and we need to learn to make games loving, interesting and effective.

The next afternoon is the most important "highlight" of the whole course-practical skills. We invited four real children as students' observation objects, and observed and analyzed children's "4C ability" and "personality priority" by using the new skills we learned. In the real interaction of just half an hour, the students led seriously in class and seriously thought about their experiences after class. In the practice sharing report on the last day, each student produced a very valuable answer sheet. Even the parents of the children who participated in the activity said that they had gained a lot. If we can have such skills to interact with children in life, I believe it will help us to establish contact with children and cultivate excellent character and skills.

The three-day course is fleeting. In the personal speech on the last day, every student expressed his deep love for Adler's game power training course, and neither the tutor nor the students wanted to end it and say goodbye.

The good news is that our curriculum system has very strong follow-up support, including the supporting materials of Adler's parents' workshop lectures, Dr. Terry's theoretical and technical explanation videos, and the intimate Adler game development lecturer community. The time to get together is always short, but we will have unlimited possibilities in the future.
