1. Prepare a piece of pork belly and cut it into thin slices. Don't cut the pork belly slices too thin, or they will be easily steamed when steaming. Put the chopped pork belly into a big bowl.

2. After the pork belly is put into the bowl, it begins to season. Cooking wine consumes less oil, and is colored with a little soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar and half a spoonful of pepper. Add a little Jiang Mo, chop up two spoonfuls of bean paste and put it in the pork belly. Put on disposable gloves and stir the pork belly evenly, so that each piece of pork belly is wrapped in sauce, which is more delicious. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare a large bowl, and put in two spoonfuls of rice and one spoonful of glutinous rice, with the ratio of rice to glutinous rice being 2: 1. Wash rice with water twice. After washing, drain the water with a colander.

4. Put the rice with good moisture control into a pot without water and oil, and stir-fry over low heat until the rice is slightly yellow. After turning off the fire, put the rice into a high-speed blender.

5. Add aniseed, star anise and dried pepper into a high-speed mixer, and then select the powder button to make powder. Not too broken, or there will be no graininess. Put the beaten powder into the pork belly and stir well.

6. Prepare a potato, wash it, peel it, cut it into long strips, put the potato chips in the steamer, and then put the pork belly in.

7. Cold water, after the water is boiled, turn to low heat and steam for 90 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and stew for another five minutes. After stewing, open the lid, it is delicious in an instant, especially appetizing, and delicious steamed meat is ready.
