So in my opinion, not letting me eat is just like not letting me breathe. I can't live without air and food. But I don't like eating like this all the time. When the food I eat is in direct proportion to the fat on my body, I will especially hate my mouth, because I can't control it, and I am too lazy to exercise to lose weight, so I have to eat less.

When I didn't realize that I was fat, I was unscrupulous every time I ate. Eat whatever you want, no picky eaters, no restrictions. When you don't want to eat, you almost stop. Young is willful, and at that time, no matter how you eat, you can't get fat. There are not so many concerns. If you love sweets, you will get tired of them and then stop eating them. If you like to eat pork belly, take a small bowl, cook a little at a time, eat the meat in the bowl while watching TV, and then run to the kitchen and ask my mother to fill it for me. Every day after dinner, I will drink a big bowl of bone soup and eat a piece of meat bone, which is particularly satisfying. All the unhappiness will be solved after a big meal.

After the age of twenty, I seem to have lost the ability to eat like crazy. If you eat more, it will turn into fat and then accumulate on your body. I didn't have any fat on me before, but after I went to college, more and more fat began to accumulate on my stomach every day. I didn't realize at that time that all this was caused by greed. But gradually, I can't wear my old clothes, and I dare not show my arms and thighs in summer, and I can't wear a nice little skirt. Only then did I know that I was really fat, but I still couldn't control my mouth, because I have been used to it for so many years. Not eating is like detoxification, and it feels particularly uncomfortable.

I look at my flesh every day, learn from it, and make up my mind to start reducing my appetite. I always drink a cup of boiled water before eating to make myself feel full, so I will eat less. When I have nothing to do, I will look for something I like to eat on the Internet, and then see if there are any security risks. If there is, I will pay special attention. After reading it several times, this kind of food will become dull in my place. Sometimes I especially go to see some documentary or variety shows of survival type and watch them eat all kinds of small things in nature, so the whole person doesn't want to eat anything that day. It is important to remember to remind yourself why you should restrain your food when eating.
