In my experience, diet plus exercise is a good way to lose weight. This diet doesn't mean eating nothing, nor does it mean eating only vegetables and fruits. As long as you eat three meals normally, eat less or don't eat snacks, have a normal schedule and keep it once a day. As for sports, I think skipping rope is a good choice (although I don't insist)
Remember: don't set too big a goal, for example, I want to lose XX pounds before XX, which will make you stick to it and let nature take its course. Don't think you are losing weight, just change your diet. And if you want to lose weight quickly, you should stand for half an hour to an hour after meals, and don't sit or lie down.
Although the method I mentioned above is slow to take effect, I think it is very effective. You can improve yourself in practice, think about what makes you fat, and then get rid of it. Don't think of any quick way to lose weight, it will damage your health.
