1, first check whether the server has overheated hardware. If a fan is broken, it is the main cause;
2. Try to change a voice card.
3. Check whether there are too many line errors, that is, whether you connect the optical transceiver with a 75 ohm coaxial cable or a network cable. I tried to connect the network cable RJ45 or use the old type 3 cable, or look for the 1B+ 1D cable, all of which are shielded.
