How many breathing methods does yoga have?
1 abdominal breathing

Abdominal breathing refers to a method of breathing through the bottom of the lungs. Abdominal breathing is also called diaphragmatic breathing. When practicing yoga, if you use abdominal breathing, only the abdomen fluctuates and the chest is motionless. It is understood that during yoga practice, abdominal breathing can control the inhaled gas, thus making the membrane machine more powerful, prolonging the breathing time and cycle, and breathing becomes more regular during yoga practice. Abdominal breathing can exercise abdominal muscles, massage abdominal organs, increase vital capacity and promote systemic blood circulation.

2 chest breathing

Chest breathing is close to our daily breathing style, deeper and more focused than daily breathing. Take part in breathing with the upper and middle lungs, feel the chest and ribs undulating, and the abdomen is relatively motionless. Chest breathing can stabilize the mood, balance the mentality, and help the waste gas accumulated due to shortness of breath to be discharged from the body.

3 Complete breathing

Complete breathing can be said to be the mainstay of yoga pranayama and the corresponding beam closing method. It teaches practitioners a natural and smooth breathing method. The whole lung participates in breathing exercises, and the abdomen, chest and even the whole body can feel the ups and downs. Complete total breathing can triple the amount of air breathed, make fresh oxygen supply blood, make the heart stronger, relieve visceral pressure and regulate endocrine disorders. Be sure to turn total breathing into daily habitual breathing, and you will find that it can make your body move freely and have wonderful changes.
