If you don't bother, it's good to cook your own food with those low-calorie ingredients. For example, the energy bar of baked oats, or biscuits or pizza made of broccoli and cauliflower, or some ingredients with high fiber content are made into milkshakes or frozen ice cream. Everything is fine. It's just a little troublesome to prepare.
