The pickling method of salted cucumber is as follows:

Ingredients: cucumber 10 kg, salt 2 kg, vinegar 1 kg, sugar 1 kg, monosodium glutamate 4 Liang, pepper 5 Liang, pepper 1 package, garlic 8 Liang.
