Last Thursday, my mother told me, "Starting today, I will do aerobics in the public square at 6: 30 every night!" I danced with joy as soon as I heard it. You know, aerobic exercise is the best way to lose weight, which is fun and healthy. My mother and I arrived at the square at half past six on time. There is already a sea of people here. Wonderful music slowly sounded in the noisy sound, so sweet and beautiful. I quickly squeezed into the crowd, found a front row seat, and jumped up to the music with everyone. People dress strangely, which can be called changeable. Costumes with different characteristics go into battle together, just like a strange fashion show. You see, some people wear loose sportswear and look relaxed, as if they are here to exercise bodybuilding; Some are dressed in tight dresses and look beautiful; Others insist on wearing a T-shirt with a short skirt knowing that they are in poor shape, perhaps to prove that aerobics can really be bodybuilding. People's movements are even more varied. Some swing from side to side and beat wildly; Some movements are light and elegant, like butterflies dancing in the field; Others are as stiff as puppets. Although everyone wears different clothes and gestures, they are all equally enthusiastic. Everyone consciously lined up in a big square and danced to the music. I seem to be infected and my enthusiasm is getting higher and higher. I try my best to do every movement well. The coach on the stage looked at me so seriously and praised me! Perhaps the teacher's praise opened my wisdom. That day I was like a humanoid robot in a science fiction play, and I could accurately "copy" the coach's every move! Seeing that I am so capable, my mother always asks me some difficult moves. With the coach's praise and the opportunity to be a small teacher, I am more energetic. I will insist on doing aerobics every day to keep my stomach flat.
