Is exercise the key to losing weight?
In my opinion, the key to losing weight is to cultivate yourself not to get fat easily.

I have never been a slim girl since I was a child, and I have basically tried various methods to lose weight. Diarrhea and palpitation after taking diet pills; Hungry, livid, faint at any time; I tried running, put on a weight-loss plaster, and touched a weight-loss cream ... Finally, I ran on a diet and succeeded in becoming a "thin fat man", who didn't look fat, but slipped out as soon as I sat in the swimming ring. I often catch a cold and my face is not very good. I feel completely invisible without makeup.

Sadly, I got married. My husband likes fitness, and his muscles are very strong. However, the joy of our wedding broke us down and we began to eat and drink all over the world. The fitness card has been left somewhere. As a result, my weight rose to a new height in my life in half a year, and he also gained a handful of meat on his stomach, but lost a catty. It can be said that it is "nature makes people"!

When the story goes backwards, it is not difficult to find that the difference between us is that I am a "skinny fat man" who lost weight through dieting and running, while he is a "skinny muscle man" who was trained through healthy eating and weight exercises. On the same decadent day, he only lost a part of his muscles, but I really gained so much, and even created a record high. Yes, with his encouragement, I lost weight again.

Eating well is the guarantee of not getting fat. Who can guarantee to eat salad and starve for life? Eating a little and getting fat is doomed to fight fat all your life. Only by cultivating healthy eating habits and eating more protein and vegetables can you become a person who is not fat.

Exercising muscles is the guarantee of losing weight. At rest, muscles consume much more calories than fat. A muscular person can be said to be losing meat when sitting! Exercise also produces a much stronger sense of happiness than being hungry.
