In such a year, the weight quickly dropped to 96 kg. However, after such extreme weight loss, the body hormones are suddenly out of balance, and acne is quite serious after graduating from high school, and the physiological period is also affected.

After graduating from high school for a few months, I began to eat and drink, and I didn't pay attention to exercise. Suddenly harvested 1 10 kg. When the university started military training, I wanted to use the high-intensity exercise during that time to lose weight, and my diet began to be strictly controlled. Because of the strict control of oil quantity before, eating the university cafeteria actually made me feel slippery at first. During the military training, I ate raw vegetables such as white rice, cucumber and tomato every day, but I just didn't touch oil. After military training, I began to overeat. I bought almost all the snacks I could see in the supermarket at that time. I ate at most two pizzas and some snacks for a meal. When you overeat, a rational voice in your head keeps reminding you: stop eating, or you will die of obesity. But at that time, I couldn't listen to anything, just kept sending out the signal "I want to eat" After eating like this for half a year, I gained weight 120 kg. I didn't know what was wrong with me at that time, but I also exposed my forehead, and my makeup level was average. Really ugly.

The third stage: lose weight healthily and slowly in the right way (lose 20 pounds in 3 years and keep it up to now)

Because of the increasing weight, my body began to become weak, and I began to sweat after a few steps. Besides, being fat is really old.

In my sophomore year, I met my current husband. At that time, I was told by his colleagues that my age was 26 (only 19 years old at that time). Love is really a good medicine to lose weight. I began to learn from my mistakes and decided to stop overeating and lose weight again.

At this time, dieting has been put in the cold by me, and the diet control is not so strict. I take the method of controlling the total amount of cooking oil and exercising step by step. Eat miscellaneous grains bread+oatmeal for breakfast every day, eat canteen at noon and evening, quit sweets and snacks, and don't eat midnight snack.

After the diet returned to normal, the appetite was not as strong as before, and bulimia gradually subsided.

At that time, there was a yoga class in the college sports interest class. I picked up the flexible work I gave up for several years, went to the playground three times a week and ran 10 lap once. In this way, in a year or so, I lost seven or eight pounds.

Then you can't reduce it when you get to the hard platform. I began to use my brain to watch diet pills on Taobao forum again and bought a kind of "Thai medicine" online. After eating for several months, I lost 5 pounds, but my heart beat faster and my heart began to palpitation. So this method of diet pills has also been put into the freezer. In this way, the total amount of diet and exercise for two years was controlled. By the time I was a senior, my weight had dropped to 53KG, which was 15kg.

Facts have proved that weight loss should be scientific and healthy, and you can't use extreme methods as soon as you are in a hurry. Losing five or six pounds a year is slow, but fat will never rebound for you. 20 13 graduated, and the weight of 53KG has been maintained until now (four years). 1. What unreliable methods have I used to lose weight?

1) See more beautiful pictures. Mental stimulation, I often look at photos of my thinnest time during my weight loss, thinking that I must return to my original figure.

5) Eating vegan is not recommended. In addition to personal beliefs, people who exercise to lose weight are prone to lack of nutrition, and people who don't eat meat are more likely to lack various vitamins.

6) Don't pay too much attention to the figure of weight, and use girth to detect the slimming effect. Weight also includes body moisture, bone weight and so on. Seeing that the figures in weighing scale have not changed, it is easy to hurt the confidence of dieters. It is recommended to use a ruler to record all body girth, such as chest girth, waist girth, hip girth, leg girth and arm girth. And measure it every once in a while, even if it only reduces 1cm, it is a progress worth celebrating.
