Hot tea
We only talk about hot tea because the weather turns hot and dry, and we dare not drink herbal tea and iced tea. Speaking of quenching thirst, hot tea is more ideal. In hot weather, the function of the stomach is generally poor, and drinking ice is very harmful to the spleen and stomach. Drinking hot tea means that I didn't feel happy enough at the time, but I was thirsty afterwards. In fact, warm tea can make the effective substances in food move to all parts of the body faster, but iced tea has no such effect.
Recommendation: a small piece of Siraitia grosvenorii, 3-5 roses, 3-5 red dates and Lycium barbarum 10. In this pot of tea brewed with hot water, Siraitia grosvenorii has the functions of clearing away heat and relieving summer heat, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, cooling serum and lungs, moistening intestines and promoting fluid production, and quenching thirst. Although sweet, it does not contain calories; Red dates strengthen the spleen and stomach and replenish qi and blood; Lycium barbarum improves eyesight and nourishes liver and kidney; Roses promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation, soothe the liver and regulate qi. Drinking a cup of hot tea in summer makes my forehead sweat immediately.
