2. Learn to walk a tightrope. Don't force yourself not to think, because it is a kind of distracting thoughts in itself. Concentrate your thoughts on one idea, for example, between breaths, and gradually your distractions will settle down. When you forget to breathe, your heart will become clear and transparent. At this time, people will have clear facial features, and all external interference is like an image in the mirror, leaving no trace afterwards. Being quiet means thinking nothing, which is actually a state of concentration.
When the yogi really enters meditation, he will get peace of mind. At this time, the surrounding world and things have little influence on themselves. For example, you are easily distracted at ordinary times, and it is difficult to persist in whatever you do, but after entering the meditation state, the flow of time becomes less obvious, and you can stay in the same state for a long time without knowing it.
4. After taking a shower, put on loose and clean clothes for yourself, stay in your own room or a safe place you are familiar with, don't disturb anyone, and adjust yourself to the most comfortable state. You can also sit on a chair or sofa with a backrest, or on a bed. Don't lie down, it's easy to fall asleep.
If the above is not enough, you can order incense, such as lavender or incense. You can also turn on the stereo and play your favorite music, which is soothing or even silent.
6. Do exercise once a day. Before going to bed, sit in the chair, turn off the lights and close your eyes. Imagine a river passing by you, and you can hear the gurgling sound of running water. Try to relax yourself, keep breathing regularly and don't think about anything. If you have any distractions, throw them into the river and wash them away with water. Practice for more than ten minutes every day, and after a few weeks, there are not many other ideas in my heart. This is meditation.
7. People who have just started meditation will have distractions as soon as they sit down. They tried to suppress themselves, but they came again. It is not difficult to control yourself. For example, when cleaning the room in summer, you can see some dust floating in the sun. Don't worry, just let it float. After a while, it will fall to the ground by itself, naturally, without encouragement or suppression.
